2014 marked the continuation of a forty year tradition for Easter Sunrise Services on The Flower Mound. Over 2,000 people attended the 2014 services. Many more visited the Mound to see the crosses in the days before and after Easter.
The Summit Club of Flower Mound, along the Woman of Flower Mound and The Flower Mound Foundation host this annual event. It has been continuous since 1974.
This year, the Summit Club made new crosses to enhance and create a more realistic representation of this event. The community embraced the new crosses.
